We all know CSR can be a lonely profession within an organization. Some struggle with incorporating the needs and desires of their organization while maintaining a sustainable stance. Others struggle with internal resistance and some with discovering the latest trends and innovations in sustainability.
MVO matching can help the CSR professional by creating a strong network of peers that you can connect with. Through MVO Matching you will have the opportunity to match with other CSR professionals participating in the program. Once matched, you will spend an agreed time, following a fixed format, often with a facilitator shadowing each other. This means you will have the opportunity as a shadow to see how other professionals are doing CSR and learn from their strengths.
