We all know CSR can be a lonely profession within an organization. Some struggle with incorporating the needs and desires of their organization while maintaining a sustainable stance. Others struggle with internal resistance and some with discovering the latest trends and innovations in sustainability.
MVO matching can help the CSR professional by creating a strong network of peers that you can connect with. Through MVO Matching you will have the opportunity to match with other CSR professionals participating in the program. Once matched, you will spend an agreed time, following a fixed format, often with a facilitator shadowing each other. This means you will have the opportunity as a shadow to see how other professionals are doing CSR and learn from their strengths. As the peer being shadowed you will have the benefit of a critical eye by a peer in the same field to help you find areas of improvement in your processes.
By participating in MVO Matching you will become part of a larger network of knowledge and expertise in the CSR profession. No longer will you feel like the lone wolf within your organization, you will have the support and guidance of likeminded peers in your CSR career.
MVO Matching was unveiled for the first time ever on the 11th of September 2018 at The State of the Profession event created by Carola Wijdoogen and Elfrieke van Galen. Do not miss your chance to participate in this new way to engage with your peers and further the CSR profession! At the 2019 The State of the Profession event on 10th of September, MVO Matching specifically focusing on Circular Economy will be launched, the so called CE Matching.
